Professional Bio
Dana Endelmanis is a Clinical Nurse Consultant with the Specialist Palliative Care Service in NW Tasmania.
She currently works as the Team Lead for the Comprehensive Palliative Care in Aged Care (CPCiAC) The Measure, servicing 15 RACFs across the NW Coast of Tasmania from Smithton to Queenstown and across to King Island.
Following 18 years specialising in the aged care sector Dana is supporting RACF staff and GPs to provide better palliative care in the Aged Care sector with the aim of reducing hospital transfers, reducing the length of hospital stays and increasing death in chosen place.
