I have worked in the palliative care field for the last 25 years both in the public and private sectors.  My nursing journey started in Oncology which then led to an ongoing interest in supporting people when they were accessing palliative care. Initially I worked in palliative care in the hospital area then transitioned to community palliative care. For the last 10 years I have been a Nurse Practitioner in the community.
