Paul Wilson is a performer who has worked in range of medium including film, TV, theatre, corporate, and street theatre since 1994. For the last 16 years he has worked with The Humour Foundation beginning as ‘Dr Silly Billy’ as a Clown Doctor, then also as ‘Archie,’ the Laughter Care Specialist.
