Natalie is an Improvement Facilitator with Palliative Aged Care Outcomes Program (PACOP) and has a background in nursing with post grad qualifications in palliative care. Natalie has worked in many areas of nursing including emergency, mental health, aged care and palliative care, both as a clinician and manager. Her most recent experience has been in clinical management in aged care including governance, strategic and operational portfolios, and particularly in palliative care in aged care. In this role she was involved setting up and managing a new initiative for palliative care delivery with a small dedicated palliative care unit aimed at providing care for patients (not aged care specific) who no longer wished to remain in a hospital/hospice environment but were unable to return home.
