Linda Kurti PhD is an independent social researcher, facilitator and strategist supporting the health, ageing and disability sectors.  She began her research life in the British NHS conducting qualitative research with informal carers who had supported a person who had died at home from a non-malignant disease, and has since conducted numerous palliative care research and evaluation projects at local, state and national levels in Australia.  Her palliative care research interests include community engagement; carer experience; access and equity; and improving service integration across the care sectors.  
Linda is an Adjunct Fellow in the School of Public Health at the University of Technology, Sydney, a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management, and a member of the Board of Anglicare Sydney, a large provider of aged care, retirement living and community services.
