Julie Duffield RN, Nurse Educator, Grad Dip Palliative Care.

Julie has worked for the South Australian specialist Paediatric Palliative Care Service (PPCS) since 2007. Julie currently works as Nurse Educator for the Australian wide project Quality of Care Collaborative Australia: Delivering education in paediatric palliative care (QuoCCA). Q4 is the Australian Department of Health Government funded fourth round of QuoCCA, which will run until June 2026. In 2021 Julie piloted the blended learning package Paediatric Palliative Care, designed to standardise education for health professionals in PPC. Julie collaboratively developed the online modules with Digital Media, WCHN SA as part of the Q3 program. 

Julie has previously tutored in the Flinders University Palliative Care Graduate program, participated in paediatric palliative care research programs, and edited the website Grief support following the death of a child.
