Professional Bio
Hannah has been working as a Social Worker for the past decade across a range of settings including NSW Health, Public Guardian of NSW and in the community sector. She is a proud member of the LGBTIQ+ community, identifying as Queer, and is dedicated to improving the health outcomes of all people who are LGBTIQ+. Hannah believes that patient-centered palliative care must include an understanding of diversity and intersectionality.
Hannah is passionate about inviting health care professionals to learn more about the experiences of LGBTIQ+ people in palliative care settings.
