Dr Gursharan Singh

Professional Bio
Dr Gursharan Singh is a Research Fellow in Palliative Care in the Cancer and Palliative Care Outcomes Centre at the School of Nursing, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She completed her PhD at Western Sydney University, on access and referral to palliative care for individuals with chronic heart failure.
Gursharan has previously worked as a Research Officer, collecting patient reported outcome measures and had an Honorary Appointment as a Student Investigator at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, collecting data on heart failure symptoms and hospitalisations. She has also worked as a Teaching Associate at the University of Technology Sydney.
Gursharan has experience in quantitative and qualitative methods and is passionate about optimising palliative care delivery, heart failure, models of care and linked data.
