Erika is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in palliative care and nursing. Currently pursuing a Masters in Nurse Practitioner at Flinders University,  also hold a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care from the same institution. With extensive hands-on experience, served in various leadership roles, including Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant and Team Leader at Western District Health Service. Erika's journey in healthcare began with a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from Nico Malan Nursing College in 1995. Over the years, Erika  contributed significantly to the field through roles such as Palliative Care Specialist Nurse at Barwon Health and Palliative Care Nurse Consultant at Western District Health Service. Erika's  dedication to promoting family-centred, multidisciplinary palliative care has been a driving force throughout her  career.
