Elissa Campbell is a geriatrician and palliative care physician, working in acute geriatric medicine in Perth (Boorloo), WA. She is President of Palliative Care WA and Chair of ANZSPM’s Special Interest Group in Palliative Care for Older People. She was a member of the WA Ministerial Expert Panel on Voluntary Assisted Dying and in 2015 undertook a WA Cancer & Palliative Care Network fellowship in Advance Care Planning. In 2022 she undertook the inaugural WA Department of Health Churchill Fellowship “to explore models of palliative care for people with dementia”, visiting clinical, research and community organisations in 7 countries.
