Professional Bio
Denise has been nursing for 40 years and started in the palliative field in the 1990s. Completing a Master Degree in palliative care in 2013 she has since held nursing, clinical leadership and educational roles in palliative care. Currently coordinating the Kōwhai Programme for family carers Denise has developed the Ending Life Well podcast from that programme, as a way of reaching out to carers anywhere who would benefit from the knowledge and experience of palliative professionals.
