Professional Bio
Claire is National Director of the Palliative Aged Care Outcomes Program (PACOP)- leading its development and implementation throughout Australia to promote excellence in end-of-life care in aged care. She was previously the Vivian Bullwinkel Chair of Palliative Care Nursing and Clinical Lead for End-of-Life Care (Monash University/ Eastern Health, Melbourne). Claire has broad research and translational experience in the field of advanced illness, addressing gaps in service delivery for people approaching the end of life though innovative interventions and policy development.
