National Palliative Care Awards Evening
Session Description
Meet our MC, Di Darmody, and join us as Palliative Care Australia welcomes its 2021 National Palliative Care Awards.
The night will start with a live painting performance by Sarah Rowan, Australia's top speed painter, followed by a how-to demonstration of how the conference platform by Delegate Connect.
This will be followed by that National Palliative Care Awards which recognises innovation, teamwork and emerging talent in the palliative care sector. This year, there are 11 different awards recognising individuals and organisations who provide exceptional support and care for people receiving palliative care. Winners will be announced tonight!
Their Excellencies, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Her Excellency Mrs Hurley will be acknowledging the service and commitment of all the palliative care sector during these extraordinary times.
